WWTP3: Design, construct, execute, of Wastewater treatment plant with FCR or MNR technology in compliance with all relevant local authorities’ requirements, codes standards ; capable of treating an average daily flow of 22,000 m3/d

TSE/ PW: Design, construct, execute Temporary water supply project to provide early solutions for Temporary Water Supply system that Includes 1. Supply raw TSE water from Existing line along Dhurma Road to polishing treatment plant. 2. Supply suitable containerized treatment units for polishing raw TSE. 3. Supply Potable water from NWC main on Makkah Highway at lower plateau and further distribute to the Resort Core

Camp Accommodation: Design and construction of 4 Labor accommodation Camp with steel frame modular including all building’s foundations, structures, associated infrastructure and all MEP services within the Camp and facility buildings, architectural elements, building finishes, hard/soft landscaping, internal & external recreational facilities.) The project also includes excavation (197,437.50 m3), Disposal/Stockpill (59,231.25 m3) & Filling (1,316,250.00 m3

Site Offices: The Project is to carry out the design, supply, delivery, installation including fit-out, and furnishing of 4 new site offices and include Office Buildings and welfare facilities, in addition to all parking, utilities area and walkways.
