Tree Holding Facility

The project is to establish a Tree Holding Facility (THF) to support Qiddiya’s landscape material requirements. The THF will provide a location within the context of Qiddiya’s development for the purpose of holding QIC procured landscape materials to support specific project development across all Qiddiya’s districts.

The Project scope is delivery of design, packaging, procurement, supply, construction, testing, commissioning, and operations of the following sections: Section 1 – Transplanting and Care Section 2- Surveys and Site Clearance Section 3- Concept Design for the THF (including Phase 1, A, B & C) Section 4- Design, Build, Phase 1 THF Section 5 – Beneficial Use Area Section 6 – Operate and Maintain (1 year after completion) Section 7 - Tree Procurement Unit Support

Excavation (200,000.00 m3), Disposal / Stockpill, Backfilling (200,000.00 m3) & Imported Filling.
