Taif Road

The Project is to deliver design, packaging, procurement, supply, construction, testing, commissioning and take-over of approximately fifty-four (54) km of new construction roads including seven (7) km of service roads, an additional nineteen (19) km of street lighting on existing construction roads (Existing Construction Roads), thirteen (13) km of unpaved roads, two (2) No. bridges, seven (7) No. underpasses across three (3). The scope comprises all associated earthworks, streetlighting, stormwater drainage and other related temporary and permanent works (the Works). The Works include, but is not limited to:

All surveys and investigations. Design of the entire Works. Earthworks for roads and storm water drainage. Unpaved road construction. Construction roads construction with required road marking and traffic signage. Road bridge construction and rehabilitation. Road underpass construction with required Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works. Street lighting works. Supply and installation of construction road barriers as required. All site enabling works. Temporary works. Excavation (491,875.00 m3), Disposal/Stockpill (211,400 m3), Backfilling (245,125.00 m3) and Imported filling (477,825.00 m3).
