Residential Development

PA 9B.0008 is a Residential Development consisting of two towers of (B+G+P+22) and (B+G+P+23) with a common podium and amenities. The plot overlooks the Dubai Hills Golf Course, and the surrounding low rise residential areas. The objective of the design is to create high quality living environments that cater to contemporary, socially driven urban lifestyles.

The Project comprises of residential apartments, retails, amenities and car park with GFA of approximately 651,701 sqft and a Plot area of 179,338 sqft.
