D13 – Equestrian: The Equestrian district is anchored by a World-Class Racecourse with an iconic grandstand giving an unrivalled spectator experience. The district will seek to enable opportunities in Equestrian, Horse Racing and Polo pursuits, particularly for young people and elite athletes, with high performance facilities for Equestrian and Polo events, accelerating the Development of the sport in KSA.

D15 – Qiddiya Beach: 550km from the beach sit the Qiddiya Beach District. 21 kms of sandy white beaches, calming waterways, surf and crystal blue waters seamlessly integrated with the history of the land, the iconic cliffs and natural wadis.

Construction of district logistical facilities including Employer and Contractor site offices and laydown areas. Site enabling and clearance works. Earthworks (topsoil strip, excavation, processing (crushing), stockpiling, filling & finishing). Construction of haul roads and construction roads. Construction of interim stormwater management systems. Temporary Works. Installation of site facilities, approvals and permits and maintenance.
