Project Description:

As the “front door” to Dubai Mall, the Grand Drive presents an impressive façade and provides a ceremonial drop-off, giving visitors a memorable first experience of the mall. Below the Grand Drive is a two-level, 2000 space parking garage with multiple entry points into the mall.

The goal with this expansion is to add a 3-level retail and F&B destination to the mall and provide a new “front door” with an even more elevated guest experience at the Grand Drive level. The project also involves enhancing the arrival experience to a lower level. To prevent guests needing to walk through the car park at the lower level, an extension of retail and F&B has also been planned which cuts through the car park, all the way to the existing tourist bus location. The tourist bus operations are now planned to be relocated, and this location will serve as an additional, road-level drop-off complementing the main Grand Drive above.
