District Delta B

The district is divided into 11 zones: 6 theme parks, a central Hub, a residential village, operational hubs, utilities, and public realm. Within each of the theme park zones, apart from the zone reserved for the Expansion Theme Park, the plots are further divided into sub-plots per land use: Theme Park, Theme Park Residential and/or Non-Theme Park Residential. Each of the individual theme parks have their own Hotels and IP protected themes. The Project includes the following scope of works;

Mass grading work (approx. 5.8 million m³ of bulk excavation and backfilling) Geotechnical Investigation (comprised 896 boreholes) Utility Plants –Dry/Wet utilities including District cooling, Digital Infrastructure, Smart city networks Utility Networks, Sewerage and Storm water lifting stations Infrastructure ( Road works = 300,000m2 , 27 bridges including box culverts, Pedestrian Crossing bridges 7 nos, Public realm landscaping, wadi ( ponds and rivers), Helipads and Car parks, Operational hubs and fire stations.
